The course will be taught alongside Benjamin Bogosian, with whom I have been teaching various courses in recent years. Benjamin is an experienced and enthusiastic lucid dreamer, inspired by Indo-Tibetan wisdom. He currently teaches children and youth at the Tamera community school in Portugal.

What will we encounter in this course?

• What is lucid dreaming? History, culture, research, science, and spirit.

• Who is it intended for and how can it be experienced?

• What is conscious freedom and openness when it comes to lucid dreaming?

• Healing processes through encounters with the dark and golden shadow withinus, exploration of phobias, trauma, and more.

• A variety of exercises for incorporating lucid dreaming into our lives.

• Lucidity in the waking and dreaming realities – learning to live lucidly

• Dream Forum" – An experiential circle for sharing dreams and receiving "mirrors" and perspectives from the circle, leading to a deeper understanding of the human soul. Additionally, we’ll learn othermethods for sharing dreams in a circle.

• Each course looks somewhat different and depends on the human circle thatgather for it. Therefore, there is flexibility and adaptation to the circle.

• The online course is intimate and accommodates up to 13 participants.

• Course cost : Sliding scale €360–450.
