What will we encounter in this course?

• The Dream Matrix according to various perspectives.

• Tools for understanding dreams personally and collectively.

• everyday reality – Memory and ways of bridging the dream to awaken reality.

• Familiarity and preparation of the Four Bodies – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual / the dreaming body.

• Dream language – symbols, archetypes, and belief systems.

• Exploration of themes such as sexuality, death and birth in the language of global culture and in the language of dreams.

• Lucid dreaming – healing, responsibility, shadow work, and integration, together with practical tools.

• Different dream phenomena such as sleep paralysis, hypnagogic, and out-of-body experiences.

• Ancient and contemporary dream cultures – what the ancients left us and what still lives in Westerners today. 

• Dream temples in the ancient world – how did the ancients dream and share in tribal societies? The importance of Our role as dreamers in these times.

• "Dream Forum" – an experiential circle for sharing dreams and receiving reflections and perspectives from the circle, leading to profound encounters with the human soul. Additionally, we’ll learn other method for sharing dreams in a circle.

• Each course looks somewhat different and depends on the human circle that gathers. Therefore, there is flexibility and adaptation to the circle.

• The online course is intimate and accommodates up to 13 participants.
